Saturday 10 november
During the night we had serious rain, now that’s something new.
They have beautiful toilets at this campsite.
Today we go to the South African border.
But first we going to visit the Brick factory of the people that we met yesterday evening.
The people we are going to visit, live on the factory site.
The technical guy of the factory measures our alternator voltage, it’s 14,7V. This looks good. So it seems to be that our multimeter is not working correct.
Frikkie gives us a tour trough the factory.
They do 120.000 stones a day.
At 12.30 we drive again in the direction of the border.
We change our money from Pula to Rand
At 15.00 we arrive at the border
We cross the Limpopo River this is the natural border.
At 15.30 we enter South Africa.
At 17.00 At the campsite Martinz Drift. We look for a nice place to put our tents.
On the campsite is also a man Rafal Kitowski, he’s coming from Poland. He makes a world trip with his bicycle. He started in 2005.
We invite him for dinner, he has a lot of beautiful stories to tell. His stories you can find on his website www.rafalkitowski.pl.
He drives about 70 km a day, and sleeps in the bush.
After dinner it started to rain and lightning,
