A charity tour for orphan children

Trudy and Dirk Regter from the Netherlands go on a world tour in a 1915 Ford Model T, covering all continents of the world. They are making this trip with the aim of raising money for orphans worldwide.

To date, they have driven 64,000 miles across 31 countries and have raised more than $45,000 spent on children's projects in Colombia and Bolivia. An earlier trip by Dirk in 2007 from Beijing to Paris in the Model T raised more than $140,000, of which 2 children's projects were built in Mongolia. The last part of their world tour, about 10,500 miles, takes them back home to the Netherlands via Asia. If you support the purpose of this journey, you can take ownership of some of these 10,500 miles of this final leg.

Buy your miles and thus contribute to a better future for orphans.

    Oh shit!

Gradually we have a fixed morning ritual for everyone. Dirk is working on the Ford, Greetje takes care of the catering and Trudy clears up the tent, a hot job because the mattresses have to be rolled up again.
Neighbor Suzanne from Germany has a problem with the power supply of the inverter. She bought the camper in Christchurch and everything has worked well up to now.
Dirk tries to repair it but he can not find out where the mistake is, too bad for Suzanne.

The sun is going to shine, now I can try my new hat.
The kitchen of the campsite has perfect facilities. He is spotless and has everything to prepare a good meal.

In Manipura we do a few groceries and at the same time we look at the harbor where we start our boat trip to Doubtful Sound the next day.
Just a beer in the church and then back to the campsite, where Dirk learns a new card game in the evening: Oh Shit!

      Groetjes Tiny

Lakeland.DougMARtin and Sims combined for 144 targets in 2015. Since then(since Dirk has been HC) it has been less then half that. Same playcaller. The difference IMO is game planning and different attack plans. Just look at the fact that in 2015 we were an offense that primarily ran out of pro formation. Dirk changed our formations and changed our gameplanning. Point is that it likely won’t matter who the play caller is. So long as Dirk is the HC the playcaller will be calling plays out of this one dimensional vertical downfield scheme Dirk has.My hope is he changes his philosophy this year, but it’s unfounded hope.
